genfavicons — Generate favicons

SYNOPSIS

DESCRIPTION

genfavicons generates favicons in a variety of sizes and formats. Generated favicons are written to the same directory as the input. When only one size is written to a file, it's size is also encoded in the filename.

By default, it generates the sizes 16, 32, and 48 squared in the ICO format.

The arguments as follows:

format

Output format for favicons. Valid formats are ico, png, and all, the default.

size

The size specifies width and height of a favicon.

EXIT STATUS

The genfavicons utility exits 0 on success, and >0 if an error occurs.
